How long will it take for my order to ship?

Current turn around time for pre-made items (Shift Boots) is 1-5 days.

Custom orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to be made and shipped.

How long do I have to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. 

My order was returned to sender, what now? 

We'll send it back to you! Re-shipment fees will not be charged to the customer.

My order got lost in transit, can you refund me?

No, we do not refund lost items once they leave our possession. However, if we have the same item in stock we will re-ship to you free of charge.

What do i do if my item is defective or doesn’t fit?
